For now, this is advance registration.

This form is advance registration ahead of our opening on 1 October 2026. At this stage no membership is created and nothing is charged. As soon as we are ready to open we will email your registered address with the formal joining process and payment details. Please read them and apply again at that point. You can cancel your registration at any time by email.

There are no other administration or payment-processing charges. The joining fee is paid once, on joining, and is not refunded. There is no joining fee for drop-in use (JPY 3,300 per visit). All prices shown include tax.

Name Required

Date of birth Required Membership is open to those aged 16 or over. Those aged 16 or over but under 18 must submit the written consent of a person with parental authority or other legal representative (we explain this during the process).

Email address Required

Telephone number (your own) Required Your own number. We use it in an emergency, such as an accident on the premises. All administration and information is sent by email.

Emergency contact's telephone number (not your own) Required This is who we contact when you are in no state to respond yourself (an accident or sudden illness). Please give the number of someone other than yourself, for example a family member.

Emergency contact's name and relationship to you Required

Terms, Privacy policy, and Safety and risk and agree to it. Required I agree that the gym may collect and use information about my state of health. RequiredMedical history, injuries and the like are “special care-required personal information” in law, and collecting them requires your consent. We use them only to decide whether you may use the facility, to adjust coaching, and to respond to an accident or sudden illness. I agree that in the event of an accident or sudden illness the gym may contact my registered emergency contact. RequiredPlease tell the person you register as your emergency contact that you have done so.

Sending this form does not create a membership and nothing is charged. After we open we will send you the formal joining process and payment details.
On joining you pay only the joining fee of JPY 11,000 and the first month's fee. There are no administration or payment-processing charges.
