42.24 sqm (about 26 tatami mats) - this is B.A.D. STUDIO . It suits yoga, pilates, dance, small-group classes and filming. There are four wall mirrors and sports flooring throughout. The studio is available from 1 October 2026, when the gym opens. This form is an enquiry about free slots. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged when you send it.

We are closed on Mondays, so the studio is not available. Weekday evenings and weekend daytimes are busy with gym members. The number of slots is limited, so we cannot always meet a request. A fixed weekly slot is for instructors and partner businesses.
About sound. You may bring your own speaker. The Bluetooth connection name in the building is BAD STUDIO . There are tenants on the floors above and below, so please keep within the volume limit the gym sets. If it is exceeded, staff may ask you to turn it down.

Please choose a date on or after 1 October 2026. For a fixed weekly slot, give the date of the week you want to start.
