B.A.D. GYM URAWA is a bench press gym equipped for the bench press and powerlifting. At the centre is an Eleiko IPF-certified competition combo rack. With the MBC POWER racks that makes three combo racks in total, plus an MBC double half rack with two stations. One minute from the west exit of Kita-Urawa Station.

Bar and plates

The bars are MBC POWER power bars with stainless steel shafts and chromed sleeves. The plates are ABSOLUTE POWERS precision plates, with increments down to 1.25 kg.
