Visitors train on the same equipment as members. We keep an Eleiko IPF-certified competition combo rack on the floor. Eleiko was founded in 1957 and has been the IPF's Official Equipment Partner since 2009 (source). The seal row bench and the Cable Cross 120kg are Eleiko too. the Eleiko page

About visiting

You can train here by the day without joining. There is no joining fee. This form is an advance application for your visit date. After you send it, we email you a booking confirmation. For paid options, please pay before your visit through the payment link in that email.

Drop-in and free trial visits are by booking, during staffed hours only. On arrival, call "201" on the intercom at street level. Outside staffed hours the gym is for members only, who enter with a keypad code.

Bench press experience We use this for the safety check and rack allocation on the day. All levels are welcome.

House rules (please read before booking)

When it is busy, do not occupy one piece of equipment for long. Staff may ask you to share the time.
For now, visitor hours are 10:00-20:00, on days when staff are present (the hours marked ○ in the table above). If you come with a member, we may also accept unstaffed days, provided you arrive together with the member.
You may film your own training as long as no one else appears in the frame and you do not block a walkway or equipment. Please do not make audio recordings.
No nuisance, intimidating behaviour, following or soliciting towards other users or staff.
Commercial activity is not allowed (coaching others, selling, advertising or soliciting).
We do not look after valuables. Please do not bring cash or jewellery.
Payment is cashless only. We do not take cash.

There are three racks. The equipment is set up on the assumption that people share. The full text is in our Terms.
