Drop-in

For a training trip, or a business trip.

You can train here by the day without joining. There is no joining fee. Drop-in use is possible from 1 October 2026, when the gym opens. This form is an advance enquiry before the gym opens. Nothing is charged when you send it. We will check the dates and come back to you.

All prices include tax. There is no joining fee for drop-in use. Payment is cashless only; we do not accept cash.

Type of use Required A first-time trial is credited against the joining fee if you join that day. Guests must be registered in advance, one guest per member. Unused days are not refunded.

Preferred date Required Please choose a date on or after 1 October 2026. We may not be able to meet every request at busy times.

Bench press experience We use this for the safety check and rack allocation on the day. All levels are welcome.
