What we have, and what we do not.

B.A.D. GYM URAWA is equipped for the bench press and powerlifting. At the centre is an Eleiko IPF-certified competition combo rack; with two MBC POWER racks that makes three combo racks, plus an MBC double half rack with two stations. One minute from the west exit of Kita-Urawa Station, Saitama.

Bar & plates

Bar and plates

The bars are MBC POWER power bars with stainless steel shafts and chromed sleeves. The plates are ABSOLUTE POWERS precision plates, with increments down to 1.25 kg.
