Looking for a space in Kita-Urawa

A studio for hire one minute from the west exit of Kita-Urawa Station. The 42.24 sqm floor (about 26 tatami mats) has four wall mirrors and sports flooring throughout. Use it for yoga, Pilates and dance classes, small workshops and photography. Your booked time includes setting up, clearing away and changing. Please be out of the room by the end time. If nobody is booked after you, we may be able to extend on the day.
We are closed on Mondays, so the studio is not available.The studio is yours alone for the time you book. The plate at the entrance is switched to “In use”, and nobody else, gym members included, may enter.
About the security camera. A security camera is planned for the studio; once installed, the footage will be available for safety checks. How the footage is handled is set out in our Privacy policy.
Using the studio for dance. Dance bookings are taken from 19:00 on Tuesday to Friday, from 12:00 on Saturday, and all day on Sunday. There are tenants above and below us, so we have to limit the hours.
About sound. The studio has speakers built into the ceiling. The Bluetooth device name is Fosi Audio BT30D PRO. You may also bring your own speakers. Other tenants occupy the floors above and below, so please keep within the volume limit we set. If it is exceeded, staff may ask you to turn it down.

It is a one-minute walk from the west exit of Kita-Urawa Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line. The address is Iwasaki Building 2F, 4-1-11 Kita-Urawa, Urawa-ku, Saitama, inside B.A.D. GYM URAWA. There is no dedicated car or bicycle parking.

Per hour: weekday daytime (Tue–Fri 10:00–17:00) ¥2,300, weekday evening (Tue–Fri 17:00–22:00) ¥2,800, weekends and holidays ¥3,000. All prices include tax and cover set-up, clean-up and changing time.

It is 42.24 sqm (about 26 tatami mats), suitable for roughly 10 to 12 people. There are four wall mirrors and sports flooring throughout. Speakers are installed (Bluetooth), and you may also bring your own. The lighting is dimmable.
Q.04When can the studio be used for dance?
From 19:00 Tuesday to Friday, from 12:00 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays. Because other tenants occupy the floors above and below, dance is limited to these hours. The studio is closed on Mondays.
Q.05How do I book and pay?
Pick a free slot on the calendar on this page. The slot is held for 20 minutes while you pay by card on the Square payment screen, and the booking is confirmed when payment completes. Cash is not accepted. Cancellation is free up to three days before, 50% two days before or the day before, and 100% on the day or for no-shows.
Q.06Can it be used for shoots or small classes?
Yes. Besides yoga, Pilates and dance classes, it can be used for small workshops, personal training by other businesses, and photo or video shoots. Only dance has restricted hours.
