Suzuki coaches from the idea that the bench press is a whole-body skill rather than an arm exercise. You lie down and press against the bar as if pushing off the ground through your hands; how you use your feet, your back and your breathing changes what you can lift. The B.A.D. Method breaks that idea into steps a beginner can follow.
At B.A.D. GYM URAWA he supervises the method and, on the days he is in the gym, gives personal sessions and form clinics. He is on the floor roughly one day a week; the day varies and the schedule is announced on his Instagram (@bodyartdesign).
