Buying a monthly membership online is a “mail order sale” under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. The following is disclosed as that Act requires.

Enquiries are taken through the web form and by email at [email protected]. We do not take enquiries, bookings or membership procedures by telephone. A telephone number is published in the Japanese notice as the contact detail required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. We reply by email, normally within two business days.
Monthly fee: Base member JPY 14,300. Founding member (first 30 people joining between 5 September and 31 December 2026): JPY 13,200, held for as long as they stay. Joining fee JPY 11,000 for everyone, founding members included.
Annual membership JPY 157,300 (11 months for the price of 12). Cancelling part-way is settled at the list monthly rate for the months used, with the balance refunded, less an administration fee of JPY 3,300.
Drop-in: trial JPY 3,300 (credited against the joining fee if you join that day), one day JPY 3,300, one week JPY 7,700. JPA-registered lifters and members of Yusuke Suzuki’s online salon JPY 2,200 per day. Accompanying a member JPY 2,200, registered in advance. Unused days are not refunded.
Personal training with Yusuke Suzuki: 60 min JPY 15,400, 90 min JPY 19,800, 120 min JPY 24,200. Blocks of 60-minute sessions: 4 for JPY 44,000, 8 for JPY 79,200, 12 for JPY 105,600. Certified trainer 60 min JPY 9,900.
Locker JPY 1,650 per month. Studio rental per hour: weekday daytime (Tue–Fri 10:00–17:00) JPY 2,300, weekday evening (Tue–Fri 17:00–22:00) JPY 2,800, weekends and public holidays JPY 3,000, fixed weekly slot (weekday daytime, Tue–Fri) JPY 1,900.
All prices include tax.
The joining fee of JPY 11,000, paid once when a monthly membership starts. It does not apply to drop-in use and is not refunded. There are no administration or payment-processing charges.
Card payment through Square for monthly fees. For studio rental and drop-in use, payment is made at reception on the day by a cashless method — credit card, electronic money or QR payment. We do not accept cash.
The monthly fee for the following month is collected from the registered card on the 27th of each month. The first payment is taken when the application is completed.
From the start date advised after your application is completed. Studio bookings and record meets are provided on the date and time booked.
This is a service, so goods are not returned. To leave, apply by 23:59 on the 10th of the month in which you wish to leave; a later application takes effect at the end of the following month. To suspend membership, apply by 23:59 on the last day of the month before. To change plan, apply by 23:59 on the last day of the month before.
If you leave part-way through a month you may use the gym until the end of that month; fees are not pro-rated.
Cancellation charges for studio bookings and record meets: free up to three days before, 50 percent two days and one day before, 100 percent on the day or for a no-show.
If fees are revised, we will give notice at least one month beforehand on My Page and by email to the registered address.
People under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian. If a health condition affects your ability to train, please consult a doctor first. The facility has staffed hours; it is not available unstaffed 24 hours a day.
